  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling $70 or more (calculated after any discounts or promotions are applied).

Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Transit Times

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery within the continental United States. (Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.)

Once your package has left our fulfillment center, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can click this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a carrier marks an order as "Delivered," we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you experience any delivery issues, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.
