Watt is a glidey, near straight putter and approach disc. Lots of glide for how slow it is, minimal fade, and it holds angles cleanly. Good disc for learning angle control since it shows you exactly what you did.

Proton is the translucent premium option, the candy-colored one. It's the stiffest plastic in the family and the most durable, and that stiffness usually makes a mold fly slightly more overstable than the same disc in Neutron. Grip is the lowest of the premium blends on paper, though in practice most players don't notice much difference between Proton and Neutron. Good pick for hot weather since it holds its shape when everything else is softening up.
